Policies
General:

Appointment confirmations are only provided for the first appointment, unless otherwise asked for. Clients are expected to keep track of their appointments.
In-person work sessions:

All adults whose space is being organized must be present during the session unless otherwise discussed. Open Spaces Organizing will not do work in a space belonging to an adult not present

Session minimums are 3 hours, starting upon arrival and ending upon departure. If we extend the session or cut it off early, I round to the nearest half-hour unless otherwise agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Travel fees: Open Spaces Organizing covers up to an hour or 60 mile commute (whichever comes first). After that, the client will be charged a travel fee of half the hourly rate.

Clients are expected to participate in the work session alongside me, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the session start.

We ask that clients please minimize distractions and interruptions as much as possible, so they can get the most out of their session!
Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and sometimes a client can’t keep their appointment. No worries, we can always reschedule! Open Spaces Organizing simply asks that clients give 48 hours or more notice. If a cancellation is received by that time (texts and emails are successfully delivered), there is no fee.

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of half the session cost, unless otherwise discussed.

No-shows and last minute cancellations (two hours or less before the start of the appointment) will result in a charge of the full session cost.
